The LASPNET Secretariat is headed by an Chief Executive Officer. The Secretariat works closely with the Board of Directors in policy and institutional governance to facilitate management of programmes and operations of the Network.
The Board of Directors is accountable to the General Assembly, made up of the different member organizations to the Network as illustrated below
