New Corporate Strategic Plan for LASPNET

Following the expiry of the LASPNET Corporate Strategic Plan 2010-2015 in June this year, the network has embarked on the process to develop another one to steer its strategic direction for the period 2015-2020.

This was revealed by the Ms.Sylvia Namubiru- Mukasa the Executive Director at a strategic planning meeting with the consultants held at Piato Restaurant on 8^th September 2015, to kick start the process.

 

The meeting which was attended by both board members and staff mapped out some key areas such as; resource mobilization so as to reduce donor dependency, improving visibility and strengthening synergies with members and partners.

Mr. Samuel Nsubuga, the Chairperson of the LASPNET Board applauded fellow board members for honoring the exercise and the consultants for guiding process. The Executive Director also took the opportunity to introduce the new staff to the board members.

The Corporate Strategic Plan is being developed by Mr. Thomson Odoki and Mr. Joseph Nyakana from Promise Consult International.
