Vision: To empower changemakers within prisons - prisoners and prisoner staff – who will use the law to bring justice to some of the world’s most vulnerable, through our Justice Changemaker Programme.
Mission: To Bring dignity, hope and justice to prison communities in Africa.
APP offers high quality, accessible legal services to the most marginalised communities in East Africa through our training and leadership programme.
They act with compassion and conviction, in the belief that every person should be protected by and held accountable to the law.
APP operates in partnership with those who live and work within the justice system - from prisoners, to prisons staff and the judiciary - to those in government and other agencies, with individuals and organisations, towards a common goal.
